Day#27

Happy Friday to you all!
 
I started with my usual warm water with Lemon and apple cider vinegar today and at 7am was a chocolate protein shake.
 
PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115
 
BREAKFAST 9AM
For Breakfast it was overnight oats.
40g of oats soaked in 200g of total Greek yogurt
 
 

PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 264
 
At 11am was snack time and I had protein pancakes, made up with a scoop of chocolate protein, 1 egg white and water.
I had this with 2g of Greek yogurt.
 
 
PROTEIN - 27g
CALORIES - 150
 
LUNCH 1PM
 
Today was Turkey steak, 50g of spinach and a few cherry tomatoes.
 
 
PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 170
 
At 3pm it was my first snack of the afternoon.
200g of total Greek yogurt.


 
PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114
 
At 5pm was my second snack - A tin of tuna with a dash of vinegar and lemon juice.
 
PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 105
 
So, It was weigh in tonight... I have been so nervous all week for it but the scores on the doors..
 

 

 Tonight I put on 1lb and I actually feel fine about it!

as it is so hard to measure my results, I have been taking a photo everyday after training and I can already see a little difference since increasing my protein.

 
I think as long as I keep seeing things like this then I wont be too disappointed if my weight on the scales increases.

 
 
 
DINNER 8.30PM
 
Tonight is Ostrich Burgers, 30g of mozzarella, 200g of sweet potato and tomato.
On a Friday night I am going to have a few more calories and carbs than normal. The last week or so I have been struggling with a Saturday morning run, having dizzy spells, especially as we increase the distance back up to 13 miles, so I am hoping this will help.
 

 
 The Burgers were not as nice as the steaks, they were ok, but I probably wouldn't buy them again. The Ostrich fillets though, are delish!

10pm is a protein shake.
