BREAKFAST 8AM
It's my usual favourite meal of the day!
Quaker 'Big bowl' porridge oats
250ml Alpro Almond milk
1 Large banana
teaspoon of manuka honey
washed down of course with a mug of warm water, lemon and apple cider vinegar!

I prepared this omelette before our super training sesh this morning as I knew I would be staaaaaarrrrrving after it!
2 eggs - 140 calories
Spinach - 24 calories
2 tomatoes 32 calories
mushrooms 96 calories
292 CALORIES
This mornings session was amazing and I am really looking forward to what's coming soon!
Snacks at 5pm was 100g of carrot sticks - 40 calories
DINNER 8PM
Tonight is something simple as I am absolutely wrecked!
It's a good old chicken salad
chicken breast - 250 calories
salad - 50 calories
a dollop of sweet chilli sauce -46 calories
346 CALORIES
I have drunk 4 pints of water today, 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of tea with Alpro soya light at 81 calories
That's my Sunday ended on 1111 calories
