Hey Hey!
Fasting day number 2 this week. As usual, it was the same breakfast as yesterday, except today instead of using milk and yogurt, Mixed up my protein shake and poured that over the 80g of oats and banana. It was to die for! chocolatey banana oats! AMAZE.
Like I said yesterday, this has been my best fasting breakfast since doing this blog, It's so tasty and filling!

As normal, I have drunk lots today with it being a fasting day. Starting with warm lemon water and apple cider vinegar and then lemon water through the day.
I tried a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in green tea and lemon today too which was really nice, I don't like green tea but I enjoyed it with the vinegar.
Not much to talk about today apart from the fact that I have been quite busy over the last 2 days, researching and planning and trying to make things easier for myself going forward this week.
I have even planned and made sure I have enough Tupperware ready for the weekend as I want to be out and enjoying the weather!
I have made myself a little quick reference guide for good easy planning too which I am finding super handy!
