Day #3

Hello again =)

I started today with my usual hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is something which I have recently started using. I had it from amazon, the brand is Bragg and it is organic, raw and unpasteurized with 'The Mother'

I first had a bottle of Apple cider vinegar from Tesco, but after doing a bit of research, the one I had bought didn't have 'The Mother'

'The Mother' is a ball of beneficial living enzymes which are rammed with goodness and is responsible for many of the beneficial properties of the vinegar.

I add it to my drinks, juices and use it as a salad dressing, Here are some reasons why I added it to my daily routine..

Prevents Flu and stomach illness
Dissolves kidney stones
Balances pH balance in the body
Helps relieve heartburn, nausea and acid reflux
Helps relieve asthma and allergies
Helps relieve gout
Helps lower glucose levels in diabetes
Helps with weight loss by curing appetite and breaking down fat
Helps relieve migraines
Helps relieve sinus pressure and infection
Lowers blood pressure
