I went to the butchers and had a piece of lean lamb minced, just so I could be sure it was the leanest I could get, as lamb can be quite fatty.

Add any herbs and spices into a bowl. Mix in Lean Lamb Mince. Pound it, punch it, take all your aggression out on it until it forms a more or less lamb dough (about 5 mins) and then mould into a roll, wrap it tightly in cling film and keep in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, add Tin foil balls to bottom of slow cooker so some of the fat drains off whilst cooking.
Take the lamb out of the cling film. Add the lamb roll and then cook for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.
Once cooked place the kebab into some tin foil and rest on the side for ten mins and then slice thinly or use a potato peeler to cut.
We had ours with wholemeal pitta and a nice side salad! was amazing! Just like your Kebab takeaway, without all the grease and unwanted calories!
I should imagine you would be able to do this with any mince. Lamb is quite expensive so next time I may give it a go with maybe beef or Turkey mince.

It's been a really busy day today and I have had to remember to eat at certain times so I set an alarm on my phone. It's hard to remember when you are out and about and lose track of time.
Tomorrow will be even busier so I have planned everything ready, most of it is prepped, just a few things to prep in the morning and I should be sorted.
Today ends on

Hope you all have a fab evening and I would like to wish you all doing the Merthyr half marathon tomorrow the best of luck!
