Day #4

Welcome back!

I started the day with a mug of Hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar of course.

Today is my first fasting day of the week and I wanted to try something a little bit different for breakfast!

BANANA BAKED OATS!
 

2 cups of oats - ( When ever I use oats for things like this or even slow cooked porridge, I use the Flahavans jumbo organic Irish oats) 673 calories
1.5 cups (360ml) almond milk 49 calories
1 teaspoon of baking powder 0 calories
1 egg - beaten 70 calories
2 bananas - 1 mashed and one to slice over the top 242 calories
 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 12 calories
 


Mix all ingredients together
line a baking tin with baking paper
bake in the oven on about 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes
whack the oven up on full and bake for another 3-5 minutes

Bish, Bash Bosh!

Total calories for the whole thing - 1094

I will be halving this and it will be my breakfast for both fasting days, Today and Tomorrow.


I was so impressed with this breakfast! It was super tasty and kind of felt like I was having something naughty! I was meant to have some greek yoghurt with it this morning but I forgot to take it to work with me! boooo!
so todays serving was a total of 547calories

As I had forgotten my yoghurt to go with my breakfast this morning, i had a big cup of coffee with 100ml of Alpro light soya milk at 27 calories



I have drunk a bucket load of water today ( I have lost count) as I always do on my fasting days, I have also been enjoying some twinings lemon tea and some peppermint tea throughout the day.



Tonight started with a fresh 4 mile run and then a bouncing ab /boxing class!
That's me well an truly zonked!...And I never want to hear the word 'PLANK' again!!!!!
 
Fasting day number 1 ends on 574 calories

I'm off for an early night now as I am flipping starving! Haha!
