Day #22

Well, How fast do weekends go!
Can't believe it's Sunday night!
 
First I want so say well done to everyone who run the Merthyr half marathon today, It sounded like a beast of a route so super duper job!
 
This morning I had a mug of hot lemon water and apple cider vinegar.
 
At 7am I had a protein shake
PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115
 
BREAKFAST 9AM
Last night I mixed up 40g of Oats, 200g of Total Greek Yogurt and 50ml of soya milk and left in the fridge over night.

 
PROTEIN - 27g
CALORIES - 277
 
We had a busy day planned for today so it was food on the go!
 
at 11am I had 100g of Prawns
 
PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 100
 
With the weather being so good this weekend, we made our way down to Langland Bay and walked the costal path over to Caswell Bay.
The Views were absolutely Amazing!
 

 
We sat by the sea at Caswell and it was time for a snack.
 
1pm it was a tin of tuna
 

 
PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 105
 
 
We Walked the route back up and over the golf course back down to Langland Bay. You would have thought it was a summers day.. Not a cloud in the sky!
 
At 3pm I had 200g of Total Greek Yogurt
 
PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114
 
DINNER 5PM
 
Chilli Con Carne made with Turkey Mince all prepared in the slow cooker.
Instead of rice, we had 200g of sweet Potato, also cooked in the slow cooker (Thanks to Robs wife Kelly for that tip)
 
 
PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 460
 
I then went for a walk around Baglan mountain with Aimee tonight which again was beautiful, though it was almost pitch black walking back down! haha
 
At 7.30pm I had another protein shake
 
PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115
 
I have had a super lush day and I can not wait for spring/summer to kick in so we can get out and enjoy the weather in the way we have today!
 
I have walked miles and think I will sleep really well tonight after all that fresh air!
 
My day ends on
 
PROTEIN - 164g
CALORIES - 1286
 
Ideally I should probably be aiming of a few grams more protein, but it really is difficult when you are out and about!
