Day #17



Good evening everyone!
 
It was a nice lemon water and apple cider vinegar this morning before it all kicked off in the kitchen prepping for todays food.
 

 
AT 7.00AM - it was a chocolate protein shake.
This is so tasy and feels kind of naughty!
PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115
 
AT 9.30AM It was a Tuna Omelette I prepared yesterday.
Tuna is one of the foods I have found to be very high in protein and low in calories so I will probably have it quite a lot. I chopped up some spring onion and used just 1 egg.
 
 
 PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 175
 
 
AT 11.30AM I had 200g of Total Greek Yoghurt
 
PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114
 
 
FOR LUNCH AT 1.30PM its 8 beef slices and a salad

CALORIES -164
 
AT 4PM I had a protein pancake using protein powder, water and 1 egg.
 This morning I used a Large frying pan and just did 1 big pancake, rolled it up and cut it in 2 to save a bit of time.

AT 7.45PM Straight after kettlebells it was left over chicken from the fajitas and green beans

AT 9.30 - 10PM tonight I will have another chocolate protein shake

I have drunk lots of water today, I lost count after my 6th pint.
 
My most successful day yet (I think) still lots to learn but getting better every day!

I am trying my best to get as much protein as possible using as little calories as possible so I hope to have more days like this just experimenting with different foods! Wish me luck!
