Day #31 Final Blog

Well I just cannot believe how fast this month has gone and this is the last of my blogs!
 
I started today with my usual warm water, apple cider vinegar and lemon.
 
BREAKFAST 7AM
 
40g of oats made up with 200ml of Alpro soya light, scoop of chocolate protein powder and 20g of Greek yogurt
 
 
PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 320
 
At 9am I had an omelette.

50g spinach, 2 egg whites and a tomato with 30g of mozzarella cheese.
 
PROTEIN - 15g
CALORIES - 131


At 11am was a tin of tuna.
PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 105

LUNCH 1.30PM

200g of baked sweet potato and 100g Tesco flame grilled chicken breast and 100g spinach



PROTEIN - 29g
CALORIES - 311

At 4pm its 200g Greek yogurt


PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114


 DINNER 7.45PM

Another portion of last nights gingered beef with 100g of spinach, 50g of wholegrain rice mixed with 100g of cauliflower rice.

At 9.30pm, I am celebrating the end of the blog with..
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUG CAKE!


This was made from 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a teaspoon of 100% cacao powder, half a teaspoon on baking powder, 2 tablespoons of almond milk and 1 egg.
Topped with 20g of Greek yogurt.
mix all ingredients together in a large mug and microwave for 1 minute.
It was a taste sensation...and not so guilty pleasure!!

Today ends on..

Even though this blog has taken up lots of my time, I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of it!
I enjoyed sharing low calorie meal ideas with you all at the beginning, my weekend fakeaways and most of all enjoyed digging deeper into nutrition when Rob asked me to change me diet completely.
I think the blog made me research more and learn quicker as I really had to focus and log everything to make sure I was on the right track!

I have enjoyed sharing my journey with you all... here is my beginning to now in pictures..


These first few are the ones that shock me the most, I still cannot believe how I used to be!
Ranging from about 15 - 17yrs old in these..

The more recent years.. as I started to find love for exercise..
 



 
Every now and again I woud do comparison pics, and these are one of the things that kept me motivated, to actually see how far I had gone.. giving up would never have been an option! The more results I got the more I wanted

Day #30

Good evening everyone!
 
I started today with my mug of hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar.

BREAKFAST 7AM

It was buffet baby shower again in work today so I thought I would make my own sweet treat!

9AM
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUG CAKE!


This was made from 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a teaspoon of 100% cacao powder, half a teaspoon on baking powder, 2 tablespoons of almond milk and 1 egg.
Topped with 20g of Greek yogurt.

SNACK 11AM

100g of prawns.

Monday is my half day so it was straight to Robs for a PT sesh!
Learned a few new things today... Headstands and handstands... I surprised myself how well I could balance, Just practice perfecting them now!
We also had the callipers out today to see how I was going with body fat percentage. I was so happy to find that I was over 1% less body fat that 2 weeks ago.
Just makes me more confident that what I am doing is right! Phew!

As soon as I finished training at 1.45pm I had one of my chocolate protein shakes.

200g baked sweet potato (put in the slow cooker this morning) with a tin of tuna

DINNER 8PM
Yesterday I prepared some Gingered Beef.
Lean diced beef with finely chopped ginger, garlic and chilli and half a pint of beef stock cooked in the slow cooker for about 10 hours on low.
I added 100g of sweet potato to the portion and served with 100g of left over cauliflower rice.



PROTEIN - 26g
CALORIES - 265

At 10pm I will have a chocolate protein shake

PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115

Today ends on
PROTEIN - 183g
CALORIES - 1532

I cannot believe it is the last day of the month tomorrow which means my blog will have come to an end! It has gone so quick and I have learned so much!
