Day #29

Sunday night, you come around way too fast mun!
Hope you have all had a lush weekend!.
 
Today has been another busy Sunday, been out and about so planned as best I could.
 
I started with a mug of hot water and apple cider vinegar this morning. I now have 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar as I have got so used to the taste.

At 7am I had a protein shake
PROTEIN - 21g

BREAKFAST 9AM
40g of Oats, 200g of Total Greek Yogurt, banana and 50ml of soya milk and left in the fridge over night last night.

at 11am I had 100g of Prawns

CALORIES - 100

1pm it was a tin of tuna with some cucumber

At 3pm I had 200g of Total Greek Yogurt


PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114

At 5.30pm I had a Chocolate protein shake

PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115

 DINNER 7.30PM

I made enough curry to feed the street last night so tonight is another portion of chicken curry and cauliflower rice.

At about 9.30pm, I am going to try warm alpro soya light with my protein powder (hopefully it will be a like a hot chocolate!)
