Day #10

Heelloooww!!
 
 
I woke up this morning feeling like I had been in a few rounds with Mike Tyson! Everything is aching but the sun was beaming and I was feeling good!
 
A mug of warm water, lemon and apple cider vinegar it was for me this morning!
 
Then the usual breakfast - a little later than normal as I was working lates today

BREAKFAST 9.30AM

 
Quaker 'Big Bowl' Oats
250ml of alpro almond milk
1 large banana
a teaspoon of honey
 
352 CALORIES
 
For todays snacks i nibbled on the following - (half about 12pm and the other half about 5pm)
 
 
 
50g mangetout - 19 calories
7 Cherry tomatoes - 18 calories
100g celery - 10 calories
I also made my own sweet potato hummus...
 
 
500g boiled sweet potato - 380 calories
1 can of chickpeas - 306 calories
1/4 cup (57g) tahini 315 calories
1 clove of garlic and 1/4 cup of lemon juice
a pinch of cumin and cinnamon
 
Total calories 1001
I split equally into 10 portions so each works out 100 calories
This is the first time I have made this and I will definitely be making it again, especially with summer coming! - It's practically double the amount for half the calories of shop bought hummus

LUNCH 2.45PM
 
 
Morrisons rainbow salad (1/2 a pack) - 40 calories
150g beetroot - 62 calories
100g Princes tuna in spring water - 105 Calories
20ml soy sauce -18 Calories
10ml Sweet chilli sauce - 22 calories
 
247 CALORIES
 
 
 
DINNER 8.15PM
 
As i was working late tonight, I popped a chicken breast in the slow cooker before leaving this morning with some herbs and spices so it would be ready for me when  in from kettlebells.
 
 
 
Chicken breast - 250 calories
250g Green Beans - 80 calories
 
330 CALORIES
 
I have drunk more than usual today - I have had about 6 pints of water with lemon
2 cups of tea and 1 cup of coffee using Alpro soya light at 81 calories
 
Today finishes on a total on.. 1157 CALORIES
 
Tomorrow is the start of my fasting and again I am going to try something different for breakfast!
I will share with you all tomorrow!
