Day #26

Good evening.
 
Well It feels so weird not training tonight... I didn't know what to do with myself! Then I thought.. I have a whole weekend worth of food to plan! Haha!
 
I started today with a mug of hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar
and then it was my second batch of overnight oats.
 
9am - OVERNIGHT OATS
 

 
80g Oats PROTEIN - 8g CALORIES 300
150g Total Greek Yogurt - PROTEIN - 15.5g CALORIES 86
100ml Alpro soya light PROTEIN -2g CALORIES -27
... and 1 banana 121 Calories
 
25.5g PROTEIN
534 CALORIES
 
Nothing much really to report for tonight as it's my fasting day.
Got the blog done nice and early to get everything prepared for tomorrow
 
Weigh day tomorrow and I am so nervous, I don't know why but I just feel like I am out of control as its harder to measure body fat/ muscle percentage than weight loss but I will get over it in the next few weeks when I see the results... Hopefully!
