Day #24

Hello!
 
I really can not believe how fast this month has gone!
I woke up this morning, feeling much more refreshed and awake than yesterday so no wardrobe malfuncions today!
 
I started today at 7am with a mug of hot water and apple cider vinegar and a protein shake
 
PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115

BREAKFAST 9AM

40g of Oats and 200g of Total Greek yogurt left to soak in the fridge overnight

 
PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 264

At 11am I had 100g of smoked salmon and 2 scrambled egg whites



PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 226

LUNCH 1PM

Turkey steak, 30g of wholegrain rice and 100g of green beans



PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 226

At 3.30pm, it was protein pancakes made up with 1 egg white and 20g of yogurt


PROTEIN - 27g
CALORIES - 150
 
At 5.30pm, I had 200g of Total Greek yogurt
 
 
PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114

DINNER 8PM

After a killer kettlebell session, I was really looking forward to food!
Tonight is my new favourite - Ostrich fillet, 30g of wholegrain rice and 100g of green beans and Mushrooms



PROTEIN - 26g
CALORIES - 214

At 10pm I will have a chocolate protein shake

PROTEIN - 21g
CALORIES - 115

Today ends on
