Well What a beautiful day it has been today!
I started off this morning with a mug of Lemon water and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
BREAKFAST 9AM
40g Oats
Protein shake mixed up and poured over the top
delicious chocolatey Oats.

Then I was out to watch the partial eclipse! Did you all see it? I thought it was pretty cool.
At 11am it was an omelette
2 egg whites
100g Spinach
100g Tomato
30g Mozarella
50g Prawns
This was so delicious! I have really missed cheese but found that mozarella is quite high in protein and calories. per 30g serving it's 49 calories and 6g protein.
I could eat the whole thing though so I always make sure I weigh out 30g.
I have also bought a carton of egg whites as it is less calories but still has the protein.

Turkey salad
Turkey is really high in protein and low in calories so I will probably be having it quite a bit over the next few months. I baked it this morning with some herbs and spices and I drizzled some lemon on my salad.

Tin of tuna and a few slices of cucumber
a splash of apple cider vinegar and soy sauce too

Ostrich Steak,garlic mushrooms and onions with veggies!
The ostrich steak was so delicious! I think I even prefer it to steak! Ill be having this quite often I think!
Iceland and Lidl have new ranges out of Ostrich, Kangaroo and Crocadile meat.
All are pretty low in calories and high in protein
