Day #6

Happy Friday!
I was really looking forward to breakfast today so a mug of hot water and lemon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar started my morning!
BREAKFAST 8AM


For breakfast it was Quaker 'Big Bowl' porridge 150 calories
250ml of almond milk 32 calories
1 large banana 120 calolries
a teaspoon of manuka honey 48 calories

BREAKFAST CALORIES - 352

LUNCH 1PM




 Today is was an egg salad!
2 eggs 140 calories
Morrisons rainbow salad - 150g (half a pack) 50 calories
a serving of pickled onions and beetroot 34 calories
I added a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice as a dressing!
It was delish!
Funny how you appreciate food so much more after your fasting days!

LUNCH CALORIES - 224


DINNER 8PM





Popped chicken breasts in the slow cooker this morning with some herbs and spices 250 calories
Stir fry veggies with added mushrooms - 200 calories
DINNER CALORIES - 450 


SNACKS HALF AT 10.30AM AND SECOND HALF AT 4PM


SNACKS CALORIES 25 (80g)

Today I have drunk about 4 pints of water, 2 cups of tea and 1 cup of coffee using Alpro soya light - 300ml 81 calories

TODAYS TOTAL CALORIES - 1132


WEIGHT MANAGEMENT


So total loss this week - 3.6lb
Total loss since starting weight management -15lb
Total loss since starting New Beginnings-38lb

OVERALL TOTAL LOSS - 80.4lb

 I loved the results driven approach that was set tonight! It will be what makes us stand out from the rest!
