Day #25

Hey Everyone!
So Fasting day has come around again!
I enjoyed last weeks fasting breakfast so much I had to have it again this week.

 
9am - OVERNIGHT OATS
 

 
80g Oats PROTEIN - 8g CALORIES 300
150g Total Greek Yogurt - PROTEIN - 15.5g CALORIES 86
100ml Alpro soya light PROTEIN -2g CALORIES -27
... and 1 banana 121 Calories
 
25.5g PROTEIN
534 CALORIES

As you all know, I have changed my way of eating now, increasing my calories to 1500 per day and trying to get about 200g of protein in. Every day I am researching and learning new things.

One thing that I am really struggling to come to terms with is the fact that I am probably now going to be gaining weight on the scales, which I am absolutely petrified about!
This week I must have weighed myself about a million times and it really is getting ridiculous now!
It is really hard for someone like me who has tried so hard to lose weight to come to terms with getting heavier doesn't necessarily mean getting bigger.
while researching things this week I have come across the following which hopefully will help me overcome the relationship issues I have with the weighing scales..






Just by looking at these pics you can see how much leaner, but heavier they all are in the 'After' shot.

I am now ditching the scales and starting afresh with the tape measure!

It is really hard to understand and work out body fat/ muscle percentage without having all the right tools, so this week I have taken my measurements as I feel then I am still in control and still have something to go by.

It is so hard to change your mind set when you have worked so long and so hard on one goal but I am sure as soon as I start seeing the results, then I will get over it!

I've just seen that 'Fat, Sick and nearly dead 2' is on Netflix so I'm probably going to settle down and give that a watch now..
