Day #31 Final Blog

Well I just cannot believe how fast this month has gone and this is the last of my blogs!
 
I started today with my usual warm water, apple cider vinegar and lemon.
 
BREAKFAST 7AM
 
40g of oats made up with 200ml of Alpro soya light, scoop of chocolate protein powder and 20g of Greek yogurt
 
 
PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 320
 
At 9am I had an omelette.

50g spinach, 2 egg whites and a tomato with 30g of mozzarella cheese.
 
PROTEIN - 15g
CALORIES - 131


At 11am was a tin of tuna.
PROTEIN - 25g
CALORIES - 105

LUNCH 1.30PM

200g of baked sweet potato and 100g Tesco flame grilled chicken breast and 100g spinach



PROTEIN - 29g
CALORIES - 311

At 4pm its 200g Greek yogurt


PROTEIN - 20g
CALORIES - 114


 DINNER 7.45PM

Another portion of last nights gingered beef with 100g of spinach, 50g of wholegrain rice mixed with 100g of cauliflower rice.


PROTEIN - 30g
CALORIES - 316

At 9.30pm, I am celebrating the end of the blog with..
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUG CAKE!


This was made from 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a teaspoon of 100% cacao powder, half a teaspoon on baking powder, 2 tablespoons of almond milk and 1 egg.
Topped with 20g of Greek yogurt.
mix all ingredients together in a large mug and microwave for 1 minute.
It was a taste sensation...and not so guilty pleasure!!

Today ends on..

Even though this blog has taken up lots of my time, I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of it!
I enjoyed sharing low calorie meal ideas with you all at the beginning, my weekend fakeaways and most of all enjoyed digging deeper into nutrition when Rob asked me to change me diet completely.
I think the blog made me research more and learn quicker as I really had to focus and log everything to make sure I was on the right track!

I have enjoyed sharing my journey with you all... here is my beginning to now in pictures..


These first few are the ones that shock me the most, I still cannot believe how I used to be!
Ranging from about 15 - 17yrs old in these..


 







 
The years in-between as I got a little smaller..




 
The more recent years.. as I started to find love for exercise..
 



 
Every now and again I woud do comparison pics, and these are one of the things that kept me motivated, to actually see how far I had gone.. giving up would never have been an option! The more results I got the more I wanted
