Monday again! I don't mind a Monday though as I get a nice early finish and it means I can sort out all my potchy things!!
Today kicked off with a mug of hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar

At work today there was a birthday. When it's your birthday you have to take some goodies in.
Today this is what I had to deal with..
The lady who's birthday it was makes the most amazing cakes!! fresh sponge with jam and velvety buttercream icing!
At work there is always a mountain of sugary snacks / sweets / cakes / biscuits lying around,. It's hard not to give into temptation but the way I think is.. I work so hard in class and spend so much time preparing healthy, feel good food.. is a piece of cake really worth ruining it all?? Ok 1 slice won't make me fat but as soon as I get a taste of it then the more and more I want, So it's just best just to stay away in the first place.
I always get pressure off others though... oh 'Why aren't you having any?' 'You don't need to lose weight' 'stop being boring' 'one isn't going to harm'
I've resisted letting myself binge of this kind of foods for so long now, it really doesn't bother me when everyone else around me is enjoying it, but it did take me a long time to get to this stage. It's mind over matter and I just ask myself.. Do I need it? and No, No I don't!!.
As for the constant comments off people... It now just goes in through one ear and out through the other, it obviously bothers them more than it bothers me!

After work today it was straight to PT! One of my goals for a long time has been to be able to do one pullup unassisted. Today I achieved this! It has taken me ages and has been really hard but I was well chuffed. Next goal.. 5 unassisted pullups! haha.. Why are we never happy with just one!
I absolutely love my PT sessions and I always come out feeling fit stong and of course ever so sore...but it a good kind of way!
LUNCH 2.30PM

rainbow salad -150g (half a pack) - 50 calories

and a splash of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar

DINNER 8PM
tonight it's an omelette, quick, easy and tasty!
I used 2 eggs
2 quorn sausages
150g mushrooms
cup of onions
a large tomato

I have drunk 4 pints of water today.
2 cups of tea and 1 cup of coffee using alpro soya light - 81 calories
That's another Monday done and my day ends on 1113 calories
